盛灿明，立体书法创始人，字创新，笔名美德，男，汉族，江苏省靖江市人，1933年3月生，自幼酷爱书画，工作之余一直习练书画，临摹碑帖，做到作者自己不辩真与仿，达到临摹颠峰，实现童年理想。获奖概况：首届“西湖杯”特等奖、“柳公权杯”、“黄山杯”等共八次金奖、一、二等奖各一次、四次银奖。
