柏光林，字景程，1938年12月生，江苏南京人，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国收藏家协会会员、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家，中华人民共和国杰出书画大师，国家一级工艺美术大师，中国国画院院士、联合国“国际艺术家协会”常务副会长、英国文化协会全球首席副会长、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。2012年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》；2013年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》；2013年与刘大为、范曾、吴冠中等入编出版《中国当代艺术巨匠》；2013年与刘大为、范曾、靳尚谊等入编出版《民族国粹、20名顶级艺术大师》；2013年与沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘文西、冯远入编出版《中国艺术大家》《刘大为题词》国礼珍藏册出版工程。2013年与张大千、李可染、齐白石、徐悲鸿等大师入编出版《中国艺术百年》，《中国艺术百年》将由中国国家图书馆、美国国会图书馆、大英图书馆、俄罗斯国立图书馆、莱比锡图书馆、哈佛大学图书馆收藏。2013年参加由世界收藏家协会，世界艺术家协会，中华人民共和国文化艺术组委会组织的2013巴黎世界艺术大展，荣获最高奖项“国际艺术金奖”。2014年９月获美国纽约《世界艺术盛典》授予的美术界最高荣誉《世界艺术之星》奖，同时被评为“世界一级美术家”的称号。2014年９月被联合国最高艺术研究院评定《世纪之光》为“联合国艺术珍品”大奖，同时被英国文化协会评定为全球特级书画之王称号。2018年４月被世界文艺家企业家交流中心授予《新时代人民艺术家》荣誉称号。柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出，尤以虎画具长，画作曾获名家高度赞赏，陆俨少、林散之、张仃多有题跋，曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国，创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏，先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国举办画展、出版画集，中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。
